Responsibilities
Assisting with product legal requirements for expansion into new markets and substantiating existing frameworks, advising on clients' corporate matters, monitoring regulatory and legal developments, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents. Establishing legal processes such as contract management, compliance tracking, and due diligence while supporting AML and GDPR teams.
