Responsibilities
Supporting product legal requirements for expansion into new markets, advising on corporate matters, monitoring regulatory developments, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as partnership, policy, and vendor agreements. Supporting AML and GDPR compliance, establishing contract management and due diligence processes, and collaborating with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams.
