Responsibilities

Lead and grow the People function across People Ops, office management, and recruitment, while owning end-to-end People operations such as onboarding, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance. Build scalable career development and compensation frameworks, partner with senior leadership on strategy and organisational design, and lead the People strategy for M&A and new market launches.
