Responsibilities

Defining product strategy and roadmap for supply-side incentive programs, analysing driver and market dynamics to identify opportunities, and designing economically sustainable incentive structures. Leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale incentive features, running experiments to evaluate effectiveness, and using metrics to prioritise and guide product development.
