Responsibilities
Standardising maintenance processes across markets, developing KPI frameworks to measure workshop performance, and serving as product owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app. Running internal audits and field visits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and bridging local maintenance teams with central product and vehicle development teams.
