Responsibilities
Driving the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement across ERGO Baltics, facilitating Lean workshops and process improvement initiatives, maintaining and developing the process management framework, and ensuring business processes are documented, reviewed and updated while working with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and process governance.
