Responsibilities
Serving on the management board of Pay Perform AS with collective responsibility for governance and control, overseeing outsourced and intra-group services against agreed service levels and KPIs, and leading the Estonian finance function, including statutory and regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity planning, client funds safeguarding, and tax compliance.
