Responsibilities
Owning and prioritizing the Agile team backlog, ensuring well-prepared backlog items and clear sprint goals, and acting as the customer voice within a cross-functional team. Also serving as service owner for assigned payment IT services, including leading incident, problem and crisis management and mitigating impediments to planned objectives.
