Leading the Estonian entity’s daily operations and performance, driving sales and business development, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. Preparing the plant for volume growth and overseeing local projects from contract award through delivery.

- Railway sector experience
- Native Estonian
- Fluent English
