Responsibilities

Processing benefits eligibility checks, enrolments, changes and leaver actions, maintaining accurate benefits data and vendor invoice checks, and managing relationships with benefits providers. The role also involves answering employee benefits questions, maintaining process documentation and reports, and building simple automated workflows.
