Responsibilities
Maintaining and improving VoIP and PBX infrastructure across multiple markets, evaluating and selecting a replacement PBX solution, and leading its implementation and migration. Designing, configuring, and supporting SIP trunks, gateways, and telecom integrations while troubleshooting call routing, connectivity, and audio quality issues.
