Responsibilities

Leading the technical delivery of an AI-assisted operations platform, including processing and routing service requests, ranking and recommending hotels, and closing cases with billing reconciliation and downstream system handoff, while establishing the technical baseline, building and reviewing critical components, and ensuring maintainable rules, engineering quality, and evaluation.
