Responsibilities
Leading targeted and ad-hoc independent assurance activities, developing and maintaining the Independent Assurance framework and methodology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating assurance activities, risk follow-up, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- 5-7 years compliance assurance experience
- Compliance risk management expertise
- Banking products and processes knowledge
- IT systems understanding
- European and Baltic regulations expertise
- Advanced English proficiency
- Internal Audit certification
- Sanctions and/or AML certification
