Responsibilities
Leading project delivery for the HiBob implementation, SaaS tooling replacements, and payroll tooling and data improvement, including planning, governance, and coordination across People, Technology, Finance, and Legal. Managing vendor and contract relationships, consolidating People Analytics and People Technology roadmaps, maintaining delivery dashboards, and keeping team tools and processes such as Confluence and Jira in order.
