Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing logic, IVR and omnichannel journeys, integrations with APIs, AWS Lambda, and CTI, voice bots, and Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components, while monitoring platform performance and improving reliability.
