Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of the eArrest product lifecycle, covering product vision and roadmap, business requirements analysis, service management, releases, and continuous improvement. Backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and collaboration with development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions.
