Responsibilities

Compiling short- and mid-term production and brewing plans for the brewery according to production capacity and material availability, monitoring finished goods stock levels and adjusting plans as needed. Includes setting production priorities with input from stakeholders, supporting new product launches and delistings, analysing production plan execution, and supply chain planning reporting.
