Responsibilities

Managing internal IT requests from intake to resolution, including device setup and account access for joiners, movers, and leavers, access and software licence approvals, hardware lifecycle tasks, first-line support for managed devices, and office IT such as meeting rooms, printers, network, and AV. Maintaining runbooks and the asset register while escalating security-related issues.
