Responsibilities
Implementing Tuum solutions for customers, coordinating project resources and daily operations, managing scope, risks, and internal and external stakeholder communication. Duties also include requirements mapping, deployment planning, client onboarding, workshops and training, API integration guidance, project reporting, and supporting sales with project scoping.
