Responsibilities
Designing and implementing intelligent automation systems and AI agents for global HR operations, including mapping and optimizing workflows, integrating data across HRIS, payroll, and case management tools, building low-code automations, and developing analytics, governance, and observability. Supporting cross-functional collaboration, change management, training, and mentoring within the operations department.
