Ownership of full-cycle recruitment for commercial, retail, and support teams, covering intake, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover, together with advising hiring managers on hiring strategy and market insight, building talent pipelines, coordinating assessment steps, and supporting employer-brand and recruitment-data improvement efforts.
