Responsibilities
Developing NPI processes and tools and serving as NPI process owner at the Narva site, while coordinating project managers and cross-functional teams. Leading strategic NPI and LEAN projects within scope, schedule, and budget, mentoring on LEAN practices, and monitoring KPIs to drive corrective actions.
