Mechanical design and industrialization of automotive camera and display systems, including CAD modeling, tolerance analyses and DFMEA, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and supplier engagement for component development and validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years automotive mechanical design
- CAD tools (Siemens NX, Creo, CATIA, Inventor)
- Knowledge of materials, thermal, sealing
- Automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 26262)
- Thermal simulation (CFD), FEA
- ADAS systems experience
