Responsibilities
Leading the accounting and compliance function, including full-cycle bookkeeping under Estonian GAAP/IFRS, statutory and tax reporting, payroll oversight, audit coordination, treasury operations, accounting software administration, and finance process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance
- Estonian C1
- English B2/C1
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Estonian GAAP and IFRS
- Tax compliance knowledge
- Accounting software proficiency
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
