Responsibilities
Owning and scaling the AI systems behind Bolt Food's merchant catalogue and opportunity sizing, including LLM-based enrichment and categorisation. Designing, training, and deploying ML/LLM models, building evaluation and experimentation infrastructure, and driving the transition to self-hosted fine-tuned open-weight models.
