Responsibilities
Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver board- and system-level AI infrastructure products, including defining the technical roadmap, owning end-to-end execution from concept to mass production, and driving system implementation across hardware, firmware, and validation domains.
Requirements
- 15+ years hardware engineering
- 5+ years senior leadership
- Datacenter hardware volume production
- PCIe, CXL, SerDes expertise
- BMC/Redfish/IPMI firmware
- Thermal/mechanical design
- Tier-1 CM/ODM experience
- Fluent English
