Monitoring Twilio product usage across voice, SMS, and KYC to ensure platform traffic is legal, compliant, and wanted; investigating cases, analyzing bad actor behavior, identifying trends and root causes, recommending preventative solutions, and resolving urgent issues affecting businesses, carriers, and consumers.
