Senior Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining reusable data models and metrics in a semantic layer that covers the full employee lifecycle, from headcount and hiring to attrition, absence, and compensation. The work also covers monitoring data quality, managing the architecture and documentation of people data sources in a cloud data lakehouse, and preparing well-structured, AI-ready data for conversational analytics.
