Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end functional administration and support for Compensation & Benefits processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and global share plans; maintain SAP SuccessFactors; handle employee and manager inquiries; create reports and analysis; drive continuous improvement and support system testing and training.

- Data management & reporting
- MS Office (data analysis)
- LEAN principles
- 3+ years HR experience
- HR degree
- Fluent English
