Principal Product Manager, Rides Matching

Responsibilities

Defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for the dispatching engine's transition from heuristic dispatch to a machine learning and reinforcement learning powered allocation engine. This includes coordinating model productionisation and rollout across markets, improving the existing matching stack, defining matching-to-pricing signal contracts, running experiments, and setting priorities for matching KPIs.
