Responsibilities
Setting and executing the QA strategy for the AML domain, leading and coaching the QA team, managing delivery against KPIs, validating complex case outcomes, and building stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement and risk management.
Requirements
- 4+ years leadership experience
- 2+ years leading 20-40 people
- 3+ years AML experience
- Advanced AML regulatory knowledge
- Data analytics skills
- AI literacy
- Fluent English
